Where do you ship from?
Fairmont Pacific Rim is based in Vancouver, Canada. All orders are shipped by us from our hotel in Vancouver. Taxes will be charged where applicable.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Fairmont Pacific Rim does offer free ground shipping within British Columbia for orders over $75.
Where do you ship to?
Fairmont currently offers shipping within Canada only.
When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Upgraded Express shipping orders are prioritized and are shipped within 1 business day.
If your order has not shipped within this time frame, it may be because:
- The items selected are not in stock
- Missing information – please check your email.

When will my order arrive?
Due to current global situations, please expect that packages may arrive after the estimated delivery time frame listed below. As postal services are dealing with increased volumes and implementing safety distancing measures, please monitor your shipment based on tracking information supplied via email & text.
Shipping times are only estimates and exclude holidays, weekends and unforeseen postal delays. Once an order is shipped, Fairmont is unable to expedite it.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package.
I am local, can I pick up my order?
If you’re in Vancouver, you have the option to pick up your order at our hotel in Coal Harbour. Select "Pick up" as your Delivery Method when you check out. Once your order is complete and ready for pick-up you will receive a notification via text or email.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please ensure that you are wearing a mask and bring your order confirmation and ID with you to the Front Desk to collect your parcel.
My tracking says my order has arrived but I haven’t received anything.
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, Fairmont suggests doing the following:
- Verify the shipping address on your order is correct
- Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
- Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area
- Check to see if your neighbours or someone in your residence accepted it
- Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving

Orders are processed in CAD.

Fairmont currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex and as payment methods.
How can I return an item?

Can I buy a gift certificate?
Purchase gift certificates here!
Gift certificates can be redeemed during checkout. When filling out your payment information, you will see the option to add a gift certificate. When you click the ADD button, you will be promoted to type in your gift code. Once you click APPLY, your total will be adjusted. Gift Certificates purchased through www.shoppacrim.com can only be redeemed through our online store.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or modify any orders after they have been placed. You will need to submit a new order if you would like to modify your purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer care team will be happy to assist you further.

My items are damaged. What can I do?
Oh no! We're so sorry. Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages or defects can happen during shipment.
If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!
Please note we are unable to accept reclamations beyond 30 days pass the date you received your order. Damages incurred from wear and tear or mishandling of the item do not apply.
The product I want is out of stock. Will it be back?
We try our best to keep our bestselling pieces in stock, but sometimes, they sell out too fast.
