Refund policy
Fairmont hopes you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept most returns by mail and in person within 15 days of receipt of purchase. Exceptions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags.
All returns must be requested by email or phone before returning to Fairmont, a refund or exchange will be made as requested by the purchaser at Fairmont's discretion and upon receipt and inspection of the products. Shipping and delivery fees are nonrefundable. Please call 1 604 695 5300 if you have any questions.
Exceptions to the 15 Day Return Policy: Any cosmetic, skincare or swimwear purchased at Fairmont Pacific Rim are not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale items marked as final sale.
A Fairmont Gift Card will be issued for any gift receipt returns. The value of gift items will be credited onto a Fairmont Gift Card.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the items reach us safely, Fairmont cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail upon return. For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by USPS, UPS, FedEx and other carriers.
